Do CastBound shirts run true to size?

Yes. CastBound apparel is cut to an athletic-regular fit — close through the chest and shoulders without restricting, straight through the torso. Most anglers order their usual size. If you are between sizes or prefer a looser silhouette, order one size up.

How do I find my CastBound size?

Every CastBound product page links to a size guide listing chest, length, and sleeve measurements in inches for that specific garment. Measure a shirt you already own flat across the chest and match it to the chart. Between sizes, size up. Exchanges are free within 30 days.

How do I wash CastBound apparel?

Machine wash CastBound apparel cold with like colors and tumble dry low. Do not use bleach or fabric softener, and do not iron directly over the printed graphic. Washing cold and drying low preserves both the print and the fabric's stretch recovery.

Does CastBound offer free shipping?

Yes. CastBound ships free ground within the United States on every order of $49.95 or more. Orders under $49.95 ship for a flat $4.95. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout and does not require a discount code.

What is CastBound's return and exchange policy?

CastBound accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items. Exchanges are free — CastBound covers shipping in both directions. For refunds, the customer pays return shipping, which is deducted from the refunded amount.

The Details

This mid-weight hoodie carries the quiet energy that lingers after the final cast — reflective, grounded, alive. The front keeps things low-key with a subtle mark over the chest, while the back makes a bold statement with the stenciled phrase “AFTER THE CAST COMES THE STORY,” a nod to long days on the water, hard-earned catches, and the stories shared afterward. The fabric feels soft against the skin but dense enough to hold its shape and cut through a cool breeze. The roomy kangaroo pocket warms cold hands, while the adjustable hood and ribbed cuffs keep the chill out when conditions shift. Wear it from early-morning launches to late-night fires; it settles into your routine and becomes the dependable layer behind every story worth telling.
